Standard Cancellation and Refund Timeline
More than 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Refund Amount: Entire sum minus service charges
Refund Duration: 5-7 working days
Fee for Service: €50 on card transactions
Requisites: Written request via email or phone call is mandatory
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Refund Amount: Half of the full charter price
Refund Duration: 7-10 working days
Fee for Service: €25 deducted from your return amount
Requisites: A legitimate reason is necessary; administrative fees are applicable
Less than 24 Hours Prior to Charter
Refund Amount: Refunds are not issued
Exception: Consideration given to emergencies
Alternative: Credit for future charters may be given at the discretion of management
Requisites: Proof required for emergencies
Refunds Due to Adverse Weather
Our Commitment to Safety
Our foremost concern is safety. In the event of unsafe weather as determined by our accredited captain, we offer several alternatives:
- Complete Refund: Issued if rescheduling isn't feasible
- Reschedule: Charter can be moved to a future slot without extra fees
- Charter Credit: Credit valid for one year from the initial charter date
Procedure for Weather Evaluation
Our process for assessing weather includes:
- Evaluating wind speed and direction
- Assessing sea conditions including wave height
- Seeing visibility and precipitation predictions
- Heeding to Coast Guard notifications and alerts
- Reviewing safety assessments from our professional captains
Decision Making: Decisions regarding weather cancellations occur no more than 4 hours before the planned departure.
Refunds Related to Medical Emergencies
Undeniable Emergencies
We recognize unanticipated medical emergencies. Instances that may warrant special consideration include:
- Sudden medical conditions or injuries that necessitate hospital care
- Loss of an immediate family member
- Unanticipated military deployment or recall
- Judicial summonses or jury duty
- Catastrophic events impeding travel
Required Proof
For processing refunds due to emergencies, the following should be supplied:
- Medical documentation or hospitalization records
- Certificate of death (if pertinent)
- Orders from the military
- Notice of jury summons or subpoena
- Travel advisories or declarations of emergency
Refund Duration: Emergency-related refunds are processed within 3-5 business days upon presenting proper documents.
Cancellations on Operational Grounds
Technical Issues
Should the assigned vessel encounter unsolvable mechanical setbacks:
- Substitute Vessel: An equivalent vessel will be sought
- Complete Refund: Provided when no alternative is available
- Partial Refund: If the substitute vessel is priced differently
- Compensation: Additional remuneration might be considered for the inconvenience
Inaccessibility of Crew
On rare occasions of unavailability of certified crew:
- Efforts will be made to arrange alternative crew
- Complete refund if charter cannot proceed
- Option to reschedule at no extra cost
Procedure for Refund Distribution

Repayments are issued back to the original payment method applied for the booking:
- Credit Cards: Typically 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: Typically 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: Typically 3-5 business days
Fees for Processing
Credit Card Transactions
€50 charge for cancellations requested with more than 72 hours notice
Bank Transfer Transactions
€25 charge for all reimbursements via bank transfer
International Transactions
Supplementary charges may apply for transactions across borders
Alternatives to Refunds - Charter Credits
Occasions for Credit Issuance
Credits toward future charters may be granted instead of refunds under certain scenarios:
- Cancellations made short notice (less than 24 hours)
- Weather-driven cancellations
- Voluntary requests to reschedule
- Distributional disfunctions
Credit Parameters
- Usable: Within 12 months from the issue date
- Non-transferable: Credits cannot be passed to other individuals
- Amount: Equivalent to the full value of the charter without deductions from service fees
- Application: Usable on any open charter options
- Expiry: Extensions beyond 12 months are not granted
Compensation for Partial Services
Interruptions During Service
If your charter experience is curtailed or abbreviated by factors we control:
- A refund in proportion to the unutilized time
- Credit equal to the remaining charter for future use
- Complimentary upgrades or additional services
Complications Induced by Guests
Should the charter end prematurely due to actions or violations by guests:
- Reimbursement for the remainder of the time will not be provided
- Total charge will be enforced
- Further costs could be incurred
Mediating Disagreements
If you contest the outcome of a refund request, the following options are available:
- Appeal to our management for reassessment
- Supply further details or corroboration
- Seek redress through consumer protection entities
- Pursue judicial options as permitted by law

Our customer support will acknowledge your plea within a day, review it in alignment with this policy within two days, and if sanctioned, initiate the refund within the stipulated periods.

- All requests pertaining to refunds must be made in written form
- Reimbursements are made in €, regardless of the original payment currency
- We highly advise opting for travel insurance
- This protocol is subject to change and requires a 30-day notification period
- Refunds are inclusive of relevant taxes and regulations
